Rowa Vmax, the first of its kind in the US, is an automated stock handling system that provides stock control and has been a proven solution in Europe, primarily in Hospital and Health & Beauty picking operations. For storage, the robot scans, measures, picks and places the package. For distribution it selects, picks, and places the package into a take away.
With capacities of up to 60,000 packages per machine, the robot can provide different types and sizes and customer-specific conveyor technology. AC Lens will be the first in the US to implement the Rowa Vmax system which will allow AC Lens to achieve a very high level of automation.
