Jasin is a highly effective supply chain professional with leadership experience in e-commerce fulfillment and retail distribution with proven results in continuous process improvement, facility and solutions design, operations support and project management. His expertise includes value stream mapping and Lean process improvement initiatives.
Prior to joining Boston Industrial Consulting Inc., Jasin worked for Staples Inc. In his role Jasin led Lean Process Improvement initiatives through their North American fulfillment and distribution network enabling consolidation of multiple fulfillment centers through retrofit design and warehouse profiling resulting in over $3M annual expense savings. Jasin was responsible for division operations support and analytics of 9 fulfillment centers and provided key guidance in development of divisional budgets for both fulfillment and delivery operations.
