Consolidated e-Commerce operations into an expanded Memphis operation that added split-case picking and automation. Reduced overall footprint and operational burden in Phoenix Distribution Center. Assisted in the shift of East Coast distribution center operations in New Jersey to a 3PL DC in Pennsylvania.

Design and implement AMR robots to automate material handling in the Indianapolis facility. Also, assisted Spartanburg with conversion of batch picking to a continuous wave pick operation.

Implemented a new racking, material handling, process design and Warehouse Control system, including voice picking and conveyor automation. Managed the implementation of Build-to-Suit control software and new Pick/Pack system.

The Boston Industrial-Philips relationship began in 1996 when BI assisted Philips (formerly Hewlett Packard) with supply chain and manufacturing projects for its Healthcare Systems Group located on the Andover, MA campus.  The relationship extends over 17 years and 22 projects.

Assisted Tiffany with expansion programs involving Silver Manufacturing and Supply Chain Automation projects. Designed and implemented a new distribution center plan for e-commerce and catalog operations to meet the increasing demand for direct-to-consumer sales.
