Design a single-site, 200,000-sf facility that blends Lean Manufacturing techniques, warehouse automation and efficient material handling systems. Boston Industrial Consulting also led Belimo through a significant programming, budgeting, construction and relocation program that helped the company double their space and output in the new, modern facility.
